Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to make the return process as smooth and graceful as possible while maintaining fairness and clarity.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Submit your Return Request within theΒ 14-day window.
  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and proof of purchase.
  • Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.

  • Online orders: Free return shipping
  • In-store returns: Free

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method withinΒ 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in-store for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange is not available, we will issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and visit the Return Request page with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly β€” usually with a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).

Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend double-checking your size, color, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order.
  • Order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed.
  • Elegyn does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
